To streamline the project and control construction costs, the borrower completed the site prep and excavation himself, then hired Simplicity Homes to serve as the General Contractor for the vertical build. We provide milestone-based disbursements directly to the builder, creating a smooth and efficient draw process throughout construction.
This ground-up construction loan is progressing well, currently on-budget and slightly ahead of schedule. The borrower plans to sell the home for a significant profit upon completion.
